Steamig hot chawal ki Kheer or Rice kheer tastes delicious in this cold weather outside. Its very light on tummy but perfect for satisfying that urgent sweet tooth! Rice kheer is considered very auspicious for all occasions all over the country, and it's so nutritious too. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, drain and grind the rice with cardamom seeds to a coarse paste.
* Step 2
Keep the milk to boil on slow heat with a laddle immersed in it to avoid spilling.
* Step 3
When milk reaches boil, add the rice paste, kesar milk and mix well. Simmer for next 20 minutes till rice is cooked nas kheer is thickened. Stir well in between. Switch off flame after it reaches a porridge like consistency.
* Step 4
Now kheer is ready. U may add roasted or fried and chopped cashews and almonds.
* Step 5
Serve hot or cold and enjoy your yummylicious kheer!
