Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take a wide non stick pan and add ghee. Then add the paneer and saute' for 5 minutes on low flame.
* Step 2
Then remove it in a bowl and keep covered. Then add milk to the pan. When it starts boiling, add milk powder and paneer and cook on low flame while stirring continuously.
* Step 3
When mixture is thick, add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron mix and keep cooking till it leaves pan.
* Step 4
Remove from flame and leave it to cool. When cooled, roll into lemon sized balls and make laddus.
* Step 5
Now garnish with pistachios and a drop of kesar crush. Serve and Enjoy!
