Whenever I workout or do yoga, this healthy and delicious recipe is my favourite homemade post workout snack. It's has energy proteins, omega 3 fatty acids and minerals from the nuts and mood boosting dark chocolate for yummyness. Easy to prepare, Vegan and dairy free too. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a deep and heavy bottomed pan.
* Step 2
Chop all the nuts and dry fruits very fine. Mix well and keep in a bowl.
* Step 3
Add oil and when it heats a little, add the oats. Roast for 2 minutes on low flame.
* Step 4
Then add the dry fruits and nuts mix and again roast for another 5 to 7 minutes till an aroma starts to rise.
* Step 5
Switch off the flame. Add vanilla, honey and and mix well. If the mixture is dry, add a spoonful of honey. Grease a baking tray and line with baking paper.
* Step 6
Pour the mixture in the tray, press well from all sides. Mark with knife into squares. Then cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for and hour.
* Step 7
Warm the chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds if it has thickened. Then take out the nutty squares one by one and dip in chocolate with a fork. Then spread on a foil sheet to harden.
* Step 8
Store them wrapped in cling film or chocolate wrap. Or serve as a healthy dessert.
