Stuffed Carrot Appe

A healthy way to eat carrot with a new taste. These carrots appe are healthy breakfast which make instantly and loaded with vitamins and nutrients.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take curd and semolina together in a mixing bowl. Mix well add salt and very little amount of water.mix well and cover the batter. Keep aside for rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Take grated carrot add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste,green chillies,coriander leaves and salt mix well.keep aside for 5 minutes the squeeze the carrot mixture and strain all excess water in a bowl
* Step 3
Now add chat masala,Chilli flakes and cumin powder in carrot mixture mix very well. Take semolina batter gradually add some carrot water in it to make a flowing consistency batter.do not add whole water.add kasuri methi and baking soda mix gently.
* Step 4
Grease an appe pan pour 1 tsp batter in each mould put some carrot filling in the middle again pour little batter on it to cover it. Fill each mould as same.
* Step 5
Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes on low to medium flame. When they cook well from bottom flip them and cook from other side for 2 minute. Serve the healthy appe with coconut chutney
