I love this sabzi which my mom cooked. It Just simple and easy recipe prepared with few ingredients and the taste is super
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Discard the seeds and wash the pumpkin.then chopped it into small pieces. Cut the onion into thin slices.
* Step 2
Take a kadhai add oil.when oil heated add onion slices and saute until they turn crisp and golden brown.transfer half onion in a plate on absorbing paper.
* Step 3
Add chopped pumpkin, mix it.cover and cook on low to medium flame for 10 minutes.stir occasionally
* Step 4
When pumpkin turn soft.mash with the spatula add Chilli powder and salt. Mix and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes.keep stirring.
* Step 5
When oil has released add fried onion mix and cook one minute.switch off the flame. Dish out and serve with roti or puri.
