Spinach Namakpare

#TTR A simple tea time snack with spinach flavour.

Ingredient

1/4 cup

gram flour

2 tbsp

semolina

2 tbsp

oil

1 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

chat masala

as required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make puree take wash and chopped spinach leaves in a grinding jar and grind it.make a smooth paste. Spinach puree is ready.take wheat flour,gram flour and semolina in a mixing bowl.

* Step 2

Add all spices mix well then add spinach puree and oil.mix and knead. Make a hard dough. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll it on rolling board. Cut into diamond shape.heat oil in kadhai add these namakpare and fry until they turn golden and crisp.

* Step 4

Transfer into absorbing paper Serve with hot tea.☕
