Bruschetta

A light tasty simple meal, good starter for any family occasion!

Ingredient

Goats cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice Bread stick on angle so that the size can be easily hand held.

* Step 2

In a non stick pan on a low heat fry 3 of the Quail eggs for 1 serve to your liking

* Step 3

Whille eggs are slowly cooking, toast bread and quarter cherry tomatoes

* Step 4

When bread is slightly golden wrap each piece a slice of panetta.

* Step 5

Place cherry tomatoes on bread as well as some goats cheese

* Step 6

Decorate plate with balsamic glaze and place your Bruschettas on the plate

* Step 7

Add your eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and mocroherbs, if you like place a little more goats cheese around the plate
