Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take barley flour in a bowl, add some water to make a slurry.
* Step 2
Heat milk in a pan, when warm gradually add barley slurry, stirring continuously.Add sugar.
* Step 3
Cook 2 minutes on low heat.
* Step 4
Add chopped dates and chopped nuts.
* Step 5
Stir and cook 1 minute. Put off heat and let it cool.
