Karondas are small berries which are full of antioxidants,vitamins and proteins .
Ingredient
Food ration :
2-3persons
Cooking time :
8-10minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and dry the karondas.
* Step 2
Cut into halves and remove the seeds.
* Step 3
Heat a pan.Boil 1 cup water and add karondas.Boil till soft.
* Step 4
Add sugar,salt,cumin powder and pepper powder.Cook till a thick consistency.
* Step 5
Remove from heat.Let it cool.Enjoy with toadt,pooris,parathas etc.
