Spaghetti In White Sauce

1/2 bunch

spaghetti

1/4 cup

capsicum

1 tbsp

butter

1/4 cup

carrot

1/4 cup

corns

250 ml

milk

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil 1 litre water in a pan, add 2 drops oil. Boil spaghetti for 5-8 minutes. Drain and wash with cold water to stop cooking process. Keep aside

* Step 2

Heat a pan, add butter. Add chopped garlic. Saute 1/2 minute. Add onion. Fry till translucent. Add carrot, capsicum and corns. Fry for 1 minute. Take out.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add all-purpose flour, saute on low flame till a nice aroma is felt.Add milk gradually to the pan, mixing at the same time. Cook till mixture is thick. Add chillu flakes, pepper powder and salt. Mix well.

* Step 4

Mix grated cheese and grated cottage cheese to the white sauce.

Add boiled noodles,mix.Add veggies and mix well.

Put off heat.Garnish with grated cheese.Serve hot.
