Ingredient

sugar

1/2 cup

khoya

1/4 cup

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a saucepan add 1/2cup water,add sugar and heat the pan till sugar dissolves. Keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat a pan,add ghee and green cardemoms.Saute 10 seconds and add vermicelli.Saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.

* Step 3

Add dry fruits, mix. Add sugar water. Cook for 2-3minites on low flame till vermicelli is soft.

* Step 4

Add khoya, stir gently and cover the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Put off the flame. Add kewra water. Mix. Serve.
