Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put batter in a bowl,add curd and 1 cup water.Mix and leave for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Meanwhile warm the steamer in microwave for 5 minutes.If you are using a gas stove,then warm the steamer for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Mix all the vegetables to idli batter,mix and put into the greased mould.
* Step 4
Put the moulds into steamer,cover and microwave idlis on HighPower for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Check after 5 minutes with toothpick.Idlis are cooked well take out.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Sambhar and chutney.
