Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take maida,suji,oil,salt and ajwain in a bowl,mix and knead a semi soft dough.Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Boil potatoes.Peel and mash.Add all the ingredients of stuffing.Mix well.
* Step 3
Divide dough into 2parts.Roll one part into a1/4cm thicker spread,Add stuffing on roti,spread on entire surface of roti.
* Step 4
Roll and cut into 1.5" thick pieces.Press the pieces a little to make disc shaped samose.
* Step 5
Add 2-3table spoon water to maida to make a slurry.Coat samosa with the maida dip.
* Step 6
Deep fry samose on medium heat till golden.
* Step 7
Serve with sauce/chutney.
