Karela or Bitter gourd is quite a healthy vegetable...can be made with various ways...

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash karela pcs, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add kalonji seeds, let it splutter.
* Step 3
Now add garlic, saute it until light brown. In goes green chilli, cook it for a sec.
* Step 4
Add haldi powder now, mix it well. In goes onion, stir it.
* Step 5
Now add karela pcs, stir fry it for a minute. In goes salt. Mix it well.
* Step 6
Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until karela is almost cooked. Do not over cook it.
* Step 7
Open the lid, stir fry it for a minute. Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for a minute. Take out in a serving bowl. Have it with Roti or Paratha...
