Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of batter. Add water slowly slowly, mix it nicely, make a thick batter, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Cut the eggs into 4 pcs longitudinally.
* Step 3
Dip egg pcs in the batter, coat it nicely, drop in the hot oil. Deep fry them in batches until light brown.
* Step 4
Take another wok or reduce the oil from the same wok, heat it.
* Step 5
Add ginger garlic, saute it for a sec. In goes chopped onion & green chilli, also add spring onion, mix it well. Cook it for 30 sec.
* Step 6
Now add onion petals & bell peppers, stir fry it for 30 sec. Do not over cook it.
* Step 7
Mix all the sauces & vinegar with lil water, add in the masala, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 8
Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup water, make slurry. Add in the masala. Cook it until gravy becomes a lil thick.
* Step 9
Add fried eggs now, mix it well. Add onion greens now, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 10
Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dry roasted white sesame seeds. Can be served along with any fried rice..
