This is a dish we usually had in weekends in my childhood .
A simple tasty recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil aloo, cool it, peel them. Break them randomly, keep aside.
* Step 2
The gravy of this dish is thin but not runny.
* Step 3
Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
* Step 4
Add hing & zeera, let it splutter.
* Step 5
Now add tomato & salt, give a stir. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until tomato becomes mushy.
* Step 6
Open the lid, increase the flame, add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, add lil water, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 7
Now add aloo, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 8
Add 4 cup water, stir it. Give a boil.
* Step 9
Lower the flame, cover it again, cook it for 10 minutes.
* Step 10
Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.
* Step 11
Add dhania patta, stir it.
* Step 12
Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Poori.
