This is a very simple yet tasty recipe..
There aur not much spices . Only onion , dry red chilli , salt & haldi powder.
Easy to make .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut dried bhindi into 1 cm roundals, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
* Step 3
Add dry red chili & onion, saute it until light brown.
* Step 4
Add haldi powder, stir it.
* Step 5
Now add bhindi, stir fry it for a minute. Add salt now.
* Step 6
Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till bhindi becomes tender. Do not stir in between.
* Step 7
Now open the lid, keep the flame low only.
* Step 8
Stir it once, let it be cooked on low flame until it turns light brown.
* Step 9
There must not be any water content in the cooked bhindi.
* Step 10
Take it out in a serving bowl, have it with Roti or Paratha.
