This is a popular dish... very comforting & easy to cook .
A classic one pot meal ..
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice, soak in water for 1 hour, strain it, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a pressure cooker, add ghee, heat it.
* Step 3
Add whole garam masala, zeera & saunf, saute it for a minute.
* Step 4
Now add dry red chilli, saute it for a sec.
* Step 5
Add onion now, stir fry it until translucent.
* Step 6
Add chicken, give a stir. Add aloo also.Now add ginger garlic paste now stir fry it for a minute. Sprinkle lil water to avoid burning.
* Step 7
Add salt & garam masala powder, stir fry it till chicken turns light brown.
* Step 8
Add 1 cup water, place the lid, give 2 whistles at high flame.
* Step 9
Switch off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.
* Step 10
Open the lid, add rice, also add lil more salt if needed, sugar & dahi, mix it well.
* Step 11
You may add some more water if required.
* Step 12
Place the lid, give 4 whistles at high flame. Turn off the flame. Allow it to depressurise naturally.
* Step 13
Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
