Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a pan, add 1 tsp desi ghee, heat it. Add Dalia, stir fry until light brown. Keep aside.

Now take a pressure cooker, add rest of the ghee, heat it.

Moderate the flame, add hing & zeera, let it splutter.

Add onion, stir fry it until light brown.

Now add ginger & garlic, saute it until rawness is released. Add lil water to avoid burning.

Add tomato 🍅 & salt, stir it.

Now add all the veggies one by one, stir fry it for a minute.

Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, give a stir.

Now add Dalia, stir fry it for a minute.

* Step 10

Add 2 cup water, mix it well. Add garam masala powder & sugar, give a stir.

* Step 11

Place the lid, give 4 whistles at high flame.

Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.

* Step 13

Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Have it with Dahi, Raita, Salad,Papad or Chutney. You can add more ghee as per your choice..
