Ingredient

gobhi florets

1 med sized

onion sliced

1/2 inch

ginger grated,

As per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly boil 6 cup water with lil salt, add gobhi now, boil it for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Take out the florets, keep aside. Now fry gobhi in 1 tbsp oil till light brown. Rest aside.

* Step 3

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

* Step 4

Now add onion, stir fry it till light brown.

* Step 5

Add ginger garlic grated, stir fry it till rawness is released.

* Step 6

Add green chili now, give a stir.

* Step 7

Now add veggies, stir fry it for a minute. Add salt, give a stir.

* Step 8

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till veggies aur almost cooked.

* Step 9

Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it till dry.

* Step 10

Turn off the flame, cover it again for a minute.

* Step 11

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

* Step 12

Have it with Roti or Paratha.
