Usually we all have some condiments in our meals , Chutney is one of them.
Here I have used a Green Chutney in aloo dum recipe .
It's a different , yummy recipe.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it.
* Step 2
Fry aloo until light brown. (You can cut aloo into halves), keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients of chutney, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.
* Step 4
Add oil in the same wok, heat it.
* Step 5
Now add onion, stir fry it until light pink.
* Step 6
Add ginger garlic grated, add lil water to avoid burning, saute it until rawness is released.
* Step 7
Add haldi powder & red chilli powder, again add lil water, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 8
Now add garam masala powder & salt, mix it well.
* Step 9
In goes the chutney now, mix it well.
* Step 10
Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has surfaced.
* Step 11
Open the lid, add dahi, mix it well. Cover it again, cook it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 12
Open the lid, increase the flame, add fried aloo, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 13
Add 1 cup water, mix it well. Give a boil. Cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it till gravy becomes a lil thick.
* Step 14
Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.
* Step 15
Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Roti or Paratha..
