Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice, soak in water for 1 hour, strain it Keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a deep bottom pan, add ghee, heat it.
* Step 3
Add whole garam masala, saute it for a minute.
* Step 4
Add zeera, let it splutter.
* Step 5
Now add onion, stir fry it until light brown.
* Step 6
Add ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released. Add lil water to avoid burning.
* Step 7
Now add green chilli paste, give a stir.
* Step 8
Add Cinnamon Powder & Cardamom Powder, mix it well. Again add a splash of water to avoid burning.
* Step 9
Add rice now, give a stir.
* Step 10
In the mean time, fry all dry fruits & paneer, add in the rice. Stir fry it till rice grains aur separated. Add salt now, give a stir.
* Step 11
Now add 3.5 cup water, mix it well.
* Step 12
Give a boil, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till done. Do not stir in between.
* Step 13
Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.
* Step 14
Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
* Step 15
Can be served along with any curry..
