Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a pan,add 1 tsp oil, heat it.
* Step 2
Add onion, stir fry it till pink. Add ginger garlic & green chilli, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 3
Add tomato & lil salt, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 4
Now add palak & dhania patta, cook it for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Take out in a bowl, allow it to cool down. Grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.
* Step 6
Now take a wok or deep bottom pan, add oil, heat it.
* Step 7
Add choti Elaichi & green chilli, saute it for a sec.
* Step 8
Add gravy masala, give a stir, cook it till oil has oozed out.
* Step 9
Add dahi & fresh cream, mix it well.
* Step 10
Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed.
* Step 11
Open the lid, increase the flame, add all the powdered masala, mix it well. Add salt also.
* Step 12
Add lil water, moderate the flame, cook it till oil has oozed out.
* Step 13
Add paneer pcs now, mix it gently. Add kasoori methi.
* Step 14
Cook it covered at low flame for 7 minutes, sprinkle some water to avoid burning.
* Step 15
Switch off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.
* Step 16
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with crumbled paneer.
