This is a very common , easy to cook & comforting recipe .
Very less spices r used . Hero ingredient is Zeera or Cumin..

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add oil, heat it (I have used an iron wok).
* Step 2
Moderate the flame, add hing & jeera, let it splutter. Do not let it burn.
* Step 3
Add haldi powder, now immediately add aloo otherwise haldi will burn.
* Step 4
Stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 5
Add salt now, stir it again.
* Step 6
Now add red chili flakes, stir it.
* Step 7
Cook it until aloo turns a lil brown.
* Step 8
Now add green chili & dhania patta, increase the flame, stir fry it for a sec.
* Step 9
Turn off the flame, take it out in a serving bowl.
* Step 10
Serve it with Poori or Paratha.
