Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash methi saag, chop it, again wash it, keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
* Step 4
Add garlic, sauté it till brown.
* Step 5
Add dry red chilli, sauté it for a sec.
* Step 6
Add haldi powder now, give a stir.
* Step 7
Add methi aloo together, also add salt, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 8
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till aloo is almost cooked.
* Step 9
Open the lid, fry it till water evaporates.
* Step 10
Increase the flame now, stir fry it for minutes. Cover it again.
* Step 11
Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
* Step 12
Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Roti or Paratha.
