Mango rice

#SD4 #week4 #mangolovers simple raw mango flavoured rice recipe which can be ideal lunch box recipe or can also be served for breakfast. chitranna is a karnataka or south indian delicacy and is typically prepared with left over rice with a hint of tangy and spice.

mustard

1 tsp

urad dal

1 tsp

chana dal

as required

few curry leaves

as per taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil.

* Step 2

Furthermore add in 3 tbsp roasted peanuts and saute for a minute.

* Step 3

Cover and simmer for 2 minutes or till rice absorbs flavours.

* Step 4

Saute for a minute or till mango shrinks.
