Raspberry cake

An eggless teatime bake. Raspberry cake. Ready in few minutes.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

7 minutes
1.75 cup

flour

1 cup

curd

1 cup

sugar

1/2 tsp

baking soda

as needed

vanilla essence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big bowl, add curd. Beat in curd and sugar together. When they blend well, add malai and vanilla essence. Mix well

* Step 2

To the above mixture, add 3/4 cup vegetable oil and mix again.

* Step 3

To the same bowl, seive in flour +baking powder + baking soda. Cut and fold the mixture. Don't over mix. Add tuti fruity. Add milk to maintain a flowy consistency. Add raspberry crush and mix.

* Step 4

Pour the batter in greased microwave safe cake dish and microwave on high mode for 7 minutes..

Cut and keep in an airtight container and enjoy at tea time
