2 different doughs with 2 different stuffings

Ideal for lunch, breakfast or at dinner..
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead a soft dough from ingredients dough 1 using milk
* Step 2
Knead other dough with water.
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing in two different bowls
* Step 5
Fill the potato stuffing in methi dough and vegetable stuffing in the ajwain dough.. You can also go vice versa
Apply ghee and roast.Serve with curd, mint chutney but I eat with pickle
