Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead a soft dough from ingredients dough 1 using milk

* Step 2

Knead other dough with water.

* Step 3

Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing in two different bowls

Fill the potato stuffing in methi dough and vegetable stuffing in the ajwain dough.. You can also go vice versa Apply ghee and roast.Serve with curd, mint chutney but I eat with pickle
