Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions. Saute. Simultaneously add carrots and bell peppers
* Step 3
Cook for a minute or two. Then add ketchup, soy sauce, schezwan sauce, salt and black pepper
* Step 4
Give a mix. Add spring onions (keep some for serving) and cooked noodles. Serve hot
