Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, we will pit out the cherries. cook the cherries with water and sugar till soft. once cooled strain out cherries and takeout seeds and set them aside. set aside the cherry syrup too.
* Step 4
Make custard or cornflour mix. Take milk and let it boil add in the cornflour/custard powder mixed in 2 tsp milk and add to the boiled milk and let it cook till thick. off the flame and let it cool. After cooling strain it and keep it aside.
* Step 6
Whip the whipping cream by adding sugar and vanilla essence till stiff peaks. add the custard mix and condensed milk and mix well(beat with the beater). add in the cut cherries and mix well with a spoon. Can add some syrup and swirl it for a here-and-there look. Rest save for a time of serving.
* Step 8
Serve with cherry sauce and enjoy.
