Raw Mango pachadi/mangai pachadi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the skin of raw mango, slice it thickly and cut it into bite-sized chunks.

Heat a pan with oil and season with mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies and curry leaves.

* Step 3

Then Add mango chunks, water and turmeric powder,salt into the mixer. Close the lid and Cook the mango till they are soft.

* Step 4

Finally pour the sugar over the cooked mango and cook for few minutes. and switch off the stove. Pachadi will thicken as it cools down to room temperature. Mango pachadi is ready to serve.
