Sorghum (Jowar) Upma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the sorghum seeds overnight or 8 hours in water.
* Step 2
After eight hours pressure cook the sorghum seeds for 10 whistles.
* Step 3
Now drain the excess water from the steamed sorghum and keep aside.
* Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan.Once the oil is hot add the peanuts, roast and keep aside.
* Step 5
Now add some more oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves
* Step 6
Once they splutter, add the chopped green chillies and the chopped onion and saute for a minute.
* Step 7
Add the turmeric powder and the coriander powder.
* Step 8
Now add the cooked sorghum seeds and saute on low flame for 2 minutes.
* Step 9
After 2 minutes add the peanuts.
* Step 10
Now add some chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
* Step 11
Remove from stove and serve hot.
