Masala Pomfret

#nveg An easy to prepare crispy Masala fried Pomfret.

Ingredient

Salt

4 tbsp

semolina

4 tbsp

rice flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one whole Pomfret fish one at a time and make slits on it.Keep aside.

* Step 2

Now mix all the ingredients of the marinade and make a paste.Now coat the fishes in this marinade and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Mix semolina and rice flour and coat the fishes in the prepared mixture.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a pan. Flip and shallow fry the fishes,one at a time till golden and crisp.

* Step 5

Remove from oil.Plate and serve with mint chutney,onion rings and tomato slices.

* Step 6

Masala Pomfret is ready.
