Rose Panna Cotta

#bcam2021 Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin or agar agar and moulded. The cream may be aromatized with coffee, vanilla, or other flavourings. Here's presenting Rose Panna Cotta from my kitchen, an Italian dessert mixed with flavours of India.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

1 hour
300 ml

milk

150 ml

cream

2 tbsp

rose syrup

1 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add milk and cream in a pan and stir the mixture.Add rose syrup.

* Step 2

Now add sugar and agar agar powder to the milk mixture.Keep stirring on medium flame till it comes to a boil.Remove from the stove and keep it aside for cooling.

* Step 3

Now pour the mixture into small moulds.Refrigerate for 3 hours until it sets.

* Step 4

Unmould the set Panna Cotta on a plate.Garnish with gulkand and dry rose petals.Serve.
