Sweet Potato and Beetroot Cutlets

An easy to make cutlet with the goodness of sweet potatoes and beetroot.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the sweet potatoes and pat them dry.Peel, mash them and keep aside,Do the same for the beetroot as well.Do not over boil them.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds,green chillies,ginger,gram flour and roast for 3 minutes.Add garam masala powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder, salt,aamchur powder and mix it well.
* Step 3
Now add the sweet potato and beetroot mash to the gram flour mixture.Mix it well and transfer it to a bowl.Shape the mixture into cutlets with oil greased palms.
* Step 4
Pour 2 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets in it.Remove from pan and serve with any chutney of your choice. Sweet potato and beetroot cutlets are ready to eat.
