Moong Dal Pancake with stuffed Paneer and colourful Bell Peppers

An easy to make healthy and nutritious breakfast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Drain water from the soaked moong dal and put it in the mixer.Grind it coarsely along with 1 chopped chilli,ginger and salt.Transfer the dal paste into a bowl and keep aside.
* Step 2
To prepare the pancakes heat oil in a pan.Take a ladle full of the prepared dal mixture and spread evenly on the pan in a round shape.Cook both sides until golden brown in colour.Remove from the heat. Continue the same process for all the other pancakes.
* Step 3
Take one pancake at a time and fill it with the prepared paneer and veggies mixture. Serve hot with any kind of chutney.
* Step 4
For the stuffing add 2 tsp oil in a pan.Add 1/2 tsp ginger paste,1 chopped green chilli and saute for a while.Now add finely chopped red, yellow,green bell pepper and salt and saute for 2 minutes. Once the veggies are cooked turn off the heat.Add the chopped coriander.Now grate paneer and mix with the prepared veggies. Stuffing is ready.
