Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together chop two to three times well until it becomes silky in texture

* Step 2

Let lit a coal until red hot in center of chopped mixture puta slice of bread and put burning coal on it pour some oil and quickly cover it with a lid

* Step 3

After 10 min make kabab of your choice of shape I prefer seekh style so I made oblong kabab on a wooden skewer(or back of a wooden spoon) and slightly slide down to give it seekh kabab shape and fry them in just 1/2 tbsp of oil on medium heat until brown from all sides

* Step 4

Serve with paratha and your choice of condiments and some fresh veggies
