Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre soaked the rice 1/2 an hour before

* Step 2

Heat oil brown the onion 🧅 add ginger,garlic🧄 and sauté

* Step 3

Add chicken fry until golden and let the meat out

* Step 4

Add tomatoes,🍅, yoghurt and biryani masala and bhonify add fried chicken🐔 and cook until oil relase

* Step 5

Boil rice in hot boiling water with whole gram masalaand salt until more than half done (aik kani) and strain the excess water

* Step 6

Layer the masala first then rice 🍚then again chicken 🐔 then again the rice layer

* Step 7

On top garnish Coriander🍀, green chillies🌶️, mint 🥬and plums

* Step 8

Final step pour the yellow food colour dissolve in oil

* Step 9

Let it dum for ten to twenty minutes and serve hot 🔥 with raita and salad🥗
