* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients of laddu pethiyan with very less amount of water and give it a very good whisk by hand as much as you can so that the better become airy

* Step 2

Then fry this better with the help of spoon in hot oil until golden and take them out let them soak in saltish water

* Step 3

Asembling Put the laddus in bottom pour swetend dahi on Top then drizzle plum chatnipour some rgrinded raddish (I use raddish with leaves) Sprinkle chat masaka and some crackle with papdi and its ready to munch
