Khaman dhokla

The origin of the dish is gujrat india ,it is a popular snack or light food to enjoy with jaleebies and tea it is simply steamed very less amount of oil is used and tasty too

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Sugar

1 sachet

Eno fruit salt

1/2 tsp

cumin seed

1/4 cup

Lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix gram flour, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder,sugar and salt.

* Step 2

Add 2tbsp lemon juice and 1tsp oil in it

* Step 3

Add water gradually to make a ribbon like consistency rember to stir only in one direction

* Step 4

Boil water in a water bath put stand in it

* Step 5

Add eno in the mixture and stir once quickly pourit in to a grease pan and let it steamedin water bath for 15-20 min

* Step 6

After time check by inserting a pick in it if clean then it is ready

* Step 7

Make tempring by heating oil add mustard seeds,cumin curry leaves,green chillies,lemon juice 2-3tbsp and 2-3tbsp water and let pour it on dhokla

* Step 8

De mould and cut in your desire shape serve with red chilli chutni
