Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add rice and wash properly, than add water keep aside for 20 mins

* Step 2

Take a one por 2 cups of water,boil it.tgan add riceReduce the heat, cover the rice, and let it simmer for 15minutes. Check it after 10minutes to see if some water has evaporated. If it has, the rice is ready. Than strain with strainer

* Step 3

Now in a large heat 1 tsp ghee and splutter 1 tsp cumin seeds,than add curry leaves

* Step 4

Now add in cooked basmati rice, ¼ tsp salt and mix gently.
