Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add flour, 1 tbsp oil and salt. Mix well. Then add water and make a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Now make equal balls from the dough. Add oil on the top to prevent them from drying.

* Step 3

In a bowl break two eggs. Add salt and mix well.

* Step 4

In another bowl put sliced onion, green chilli, salt, pepper powder and lemon juice mix well.

* Step 5

Take one dough ball dust it with dry flour. Roll it into a big chapati.

* Step 6

Heat a tawa place the chapati on it. After few second flip the roti. Apply oil on both the sides. Cook it until golden in colour. Repeat the process for all chapatis.

* Step 7

Now heat oil on a tawa. Put half egg mixture on the tawa. Cook for half minutes on medium flame.

* Step 8

Put the cooked chapati on it and fix it with egg mixture. Now remove egg paratha from the tawa.

* Step 9

Apply mayonnaise on the side of paratha. Pour onion mixture on it. Then roll it and serve it with tomato ketchup.
