#italianA Calzone is an Italian oven baked folded pizza,often described as a turnover,made with leavened dough.A typical calzone is made from salted bread dough,baked in an oven and is stuffed with salami,ham or vegetables,mozzarella,ricotta and Parmesan cheese. I have baked my Calzone with paneer,veggie and mozzarella cheese .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all we will mix the yeast,sugar and lukewarm water together and keep it to rest until the yeast active.
* Step 2
In a bowl mix flour,salt and yeast mixture,knead to a soft dough,add olive oil and knead until have a nice soft dough.
* Step 3
Cover it and keep it in a warm place until double in size.
* Step 4
Now for stuffing:
Heat olive oil add the chopped garlic and onion sauté it for 2 min then add chopped bell pepper and sauté it for 1 minutes.
* Step 5
Now add chopped tomatoes and paneer mix it well followed by corn, chilli flakes,basil and salt to taste.
* Step 6
Add pizza sauce mix well,turn off heat and let it cool.
* Step 7
Divide the dough into medium size balls and roll out into circles about 6-7 inch.
* Step 8
Spoon in some of the mixture on one half of the circle,sprinkle some cheese on top.
* Step 9
Lightly beat the egg with a pinch of salt.Brush the egg wash on the border of the dough,fold the other half over,and press the edges together with the help of fork. Transfer the calzone to the baking sheet.Brush lightly with the egg wash and score the knife to allow steam to escape.
* Step 10
Bake in preheated oven at 200c for 15 -20 minutes until golden brown.
Yummy Calzones are ready to indulge,serve hot.
