Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First separate the florets from the stalk and cut thin bite size then wash them.
* Step 2
Now microwave these broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
In large bowl mix the broccoli with the cream,salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Then fill the broccoli cream mixture tightly in ramekin or oven proof bowl and cover with cheese.
* Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 10-15 minutes or the cheese on the top is beautifully golden and melted. Remove and serve.
