Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First cut all the veggies into cube cut, cut the paneer into big chunks,season with salt and pepper
* Step 2
Fry paneer till golden brown on either side and cut into bite size pieces.
* Step 3
Now fry slit green chilies,chopped ginger and garlic in a wok.
* Step 4
Add the onion and capsicum.
* Step 5
Add in vinegar,chilli sauce,soya sauce and little water
* Step 6
Cook for 2 minutes and add in paneer
* Step 7
Cook till all the liquid is dried up.garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
