Keto Chilli Paneer

This Keto Chilli Paneer is magic- A popular starter found in most Indian and Chinese restaurants in India . if you are on keto diet and your taste bud are struggling but your brain want your body to be in great shape,don’t you worry here is a lip-smacking dish which will make your taste bud dancing and help in weight loss.it’s easy to make only with three ingredients and is hella impressive. Ingredient

Cooking time :

Prep time- 5 minutes, cook time -10 minutes
250 gram

Paneer

1 tsp

garlic

1 tsp

ginger

1 tbs

vinegar

1 tbsp

olive oil

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut all the veggies into cube cut, cut the paneer into big chunks,season with salt and pepper

Fry paneer till golden brown on either side and cut into bite size pieces.

Now fry slit green chilies,chopped ginger and garlic in a wok.

Add the onion and capsicum.

Add in vinegar,chilli sauce,soya sauce and little water

Cook for 2 minutes and add in paneer

Cook till all the liquid is dried up.garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
