Coriander Chutney – Hare Dhaniye Ki Chutney-Cilantro chutney

Green coriander chutney aka hare dhaniye ki chutney is a must for all types of Indian snacks and sandwiches.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse well the coriander leaves. Add green chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves and water to a blender.
* Step 2
Blend all the chutney ingredients to a smooth consistency. Add more water if required. Check the seasoning and add more lemon juice or water if required.
* Step 3
Transfer the Coriander Chutney to a bowl.
* Step 4
Serve this chutney with snacks as a dip.
