Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the til for 3 to 4 minutes
* Step 2
Take 1/2 cup water and 4 cup Jaggery powder in a pan and boil on medium flame for 7-8 minutes, stir it continuously till 1 tar.
* Step 3
Add til in it and mix well
* Step 4
Spread ghee on butter paper and put the mixture on it. Flatten the mixture with the help of belan.
* Step 5
Cut into pieces in desired shape, wait to cool.
* Step 6
Til chikki is ready to serve.
