#GA4 #week19 Aloo methi is a classic Indian side dish made with potatoes and fenugreek leaves (Methi). It’s an easy recipe that requires only a few ingredients to make. Here I share my recipe I hope you all like it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oil in the pan. Once it's done add garlic, green chilli, cumin seeds and hing. Mix it well.

After 1 minutes add turmeric powder in it then add potatoes in it and saute it until slightly golden brown.

* Step 3

Then add the chopped methi leaves, all dry spices and salt and stir. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for 6 to 7 minutes (keep stirring in between) until the leaves are cooked, the moisture dries out and the potatoes are done.

* Step 4

Your Aloo Methi is ready to eat serve it with roti and Puri. Enjoy!
