Yam Stuffed Bread Pakoda

Bread pakora is a very common breakfast and tea-time snack. These bread fritters and enjoy it with a sweet tangy dipping sauce or a spicy chutney accompanied with a cup of hot Indian masala chai. Generally, it's made up with mashed potato but today I gonna made these fritters with mashed yam.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil add cumin seeds and green chilli when it's spultter add onion and mix it well. Cook until golden brown.
* Step 2
Then add tomato and mix it. Now also cook it well.
* Step 3
Now add all dry spices in it. And mix it well. Cook it nicely.
* Step 4
When oil separate with the masala add boiled and mashed yam and salt. Mix it well and cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame. Once it's done add coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it and switch off the flame.
* Step 5
Now take a bowl add all the ingredients of batter. Add water as required and make a perfect batter. Remember the batter should not be a very thick. Now cut the bread slice in the shape of triangle. Take around 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mashed yam mixture and spread it on the bread evenly.Cover this potato stuffed slice with another slice. You now have a triangular bread sandwich. Just slightly press the sandwich.
* Step 6
Heat the oil for deep frying and check if the oil is ready by adding a drop of the batter.Take the entire sandwich in your hand and dip it in the batter. Coat the stuffed bread sandwich evenly with the besan batter. Place the batter coated bread gently in the hot oil. Fry on a medium to medium-high flame till they are crisp and golden brown. Remove the crisp and golden fried pakora with a slotted spoon draining the extra oil.
* Step 7
Your yam stuffed bread pakida is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup. Enjoy!
