Oats Til Chikki

#GA4 #week18 I make this Chikki with oats, sesame seeds,peanut and Jaggery. All these ingredients are very healthy and full of nutrition. Sesame seeds are rich in calcium, antioxidants and iron. These provide good amount of energy necessary for the growing kids. In this recipe I’ve used Oats along with Sesame seeds to make this Chikki. This adds a great texture and taste to the recipe.

Ingredient

1 cup

oats

1 tbsp

ghee

1 cup

jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a pan and heat it. Now add oats and roast it. Once it's done remove it in the bowl and then in same pan add til and roast it too.

Now take a bowl add roasted oats, til and peanut crumble into it and mix it well.

Now take a pan add ghee, when it's melt add jaggery in it and cook it continuously until it melts completely. When it's melt cook it for 1-2 minutes. Then add oats and til mixture in it and mix it well.

* Step 4

Now take a tray and grease with ghee then pour the all mixture in the tray and spread it nicely. When it's little warm cut into the pieces and allow to cool completely. Once it's cool completely remove the pieces one by one. Your Oats Til Chikki is ready. Enjoy!
